“The strongest infrastructure
you can develop is people”
— Haim Taib, Founder
At the heart of the Taib Family Foundation is a simple belief that when people are given the right tools, opportunity, and responsibility, they can shape their own future. Built on decades of experience in national development, our focus is on empowering the next generation to create lasting change.
mission
The Foundation designs and delivers national roadmaps in education, welfare, leadership, health, culture, and regional development, in partnership with governments and local communities, to strengthen them, build capacity, and enable long - term social resilience.
A family
that gives back
For the Taib family, building and giving are not separate acts—they are part of the same responsibility. Their approach is rooted in a multi-generational ethos of excellence, perseverance, generosity, and loving people.
Across generations, these values have been passed down and shared, shaping a consistent belief: that we each have an obligation to create opportunity for others.
This principle is true in both business and philanthropy. In business, it is reflected in long-term development, trusted partnerships, and national-scale execution. In philanthropy, it is expressed through sustained investment in people, communities, and the next generation.
The Taib Foundation exists to carry this legacy forward—translating decades of commitment into structured, lasting social impact across Africa and Israel.
A methodology that delivers lasting
impact at scale
Our teams do not operate through isolated initiatives or short-term support.
They begin by identifying national and regional needs, then design structured, scalable programs built to strengthen existing systems. Through long-term partnerships with governments, public institutions, municipalities, and local communities, the Foundation focused on execution that lasts—ensuring initiatives can be implemented, expanded, and sustained.
The goal is to implement systemic processes with programs that endure.
Delivering national-scale programs
The Taib Foundation operates through a unified global model, working with local leadership across Africa and Israel. Closely connected to the Taib Group ecosystem, it leverages decades of national-scale experience to deliver social impact.
Programs are designed at scale but implemented locally, ensuring they are grounded in community realities while maintaining long-term alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across regions. Each program is designed to strengthen the people, communities, and local systems over time.
